One of my favorite pieces of early production art even though this isn't what our film looks like at all. I was having a frustrating day of drawing, so I mad a little sculpy pie to figure out what I was doing. Late that night I found a book from the 70s with desert pictures, had a photoshoot on my desk, and then some photoshop fun. This is the aftermath.

Anyways, this is for our short film, The Ballad of Poisonberry Pete. It's a western! With pies! It's not online yet but you can see the super srs trailer on vimeo [link] or here on DA [link] I worked with my friends Adam Campbell and Uri Lotan on the film. We've also got a facebook page running to share some more of the art-of stuff and keep people informed about screenings and the eventual full online release.
